Our Pre-Purchase inspection is generally the most exhaustive. A detailed projection of the scope of the inspection is provided prior to the

actual inspection.This may be supplemented with special areas of concern addressing the client’s specific needs. The inspection may 

also include ultrasonic readings, Class records if permitted by the seller. After the inspection, consistent and timely report is  generated

and sent to the client within 48 hours with initial triggers sent to the client within 24 hours of the inspection. Class records are inspected 

by our superintendents at all classification offices; followed by a detailed report along with copies of relevant extracts from the records.
